With your permission, StepVault may access step-count data through Apple Health or Google Health Connect, depending on your device.

We use this data only to:

• Calculate your progress towards StepVault rewards

• Determine eligibility for daily, weekly and monthly rewards

• Maintain leaderboards and related fitness features

StepVault does not sell, rent or trade your health or step-count data to third parties.

We only request access to the health data required to provide our step-based features.

 

3. Gold Rewards

StepVault may provide users with digital gold rewards based on eligible activity and reward programmes.

Rewards may first be reflected in your StepVault Wallet. Subject to applicable terms and eligibility requirements, rewards can be transferred to your SafeGold account.

Additional information or verification, including KYC, may be required when transferring rewards to a SafeGold account.

• Provide and operate StepVault

• Track and verify eligible activity

• Calculate and distribute rewards

• Maintain leaderboards

• Manage your StepVault Wallet

• Facilitate eligible transfers to SafeGold

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers and partners where necessary to provide StepVault's services.

Where applicable, information required to facilitate digital-gold transactions may be shared with SafeGold in accordance with applicable terms, privacy requirements and user permissions.

We do not sell your personal information or health/step data.

6. Health Data Permissions

 

You can manage or withdraw StepVault's access to Apple Health or Google Health Connect through your device settings.

If you withdraw permission or disable access, StepVault may not be able to accurately track your steps or provide certain step-based rewards and features.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct or request deletion of your information and to withdraw consent where applicable.
